While the game is still in pre-alpha, it’s a good indication (maybe) of where the game is headed. If you check the upper part of the screenshots, you’ll see that there are four different kinds of resources (read: microtransaction-type mechanics) available (pointed out by user CondoSlime). Note that it is in pre-alpha so the game is in early stages of development, and as such, the graphics, art style and whatnot, are nowhere near final. To play the PvZ 3 Pre-Alpha you must be logged into the same Google Play Games account that you downloaded the Pre-Alpha on, or you will not be able to access the game. Unfortunately, the PvZ 3 Pre-Alpha is unavailable for players on iOS at this time. You’ll need an Android device that is at least a Galaxy S7 or higher for specs, with Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher in order to play.
